Founded in the summer of 2022, the Hopkins & Keach Duo is primarily located in the city of Montreal. This duo performs new works for two trumpets including a trio of commissions which began with the founding of the group. These three commissions can be found here! All 3 composers, Hope Salmonson, Tyler Mazone, and Skye Hamilton-Carranza, belong to groups underrepresented in classical music. These works for two trumpets and piano are a great addition to the limited concert trumpet duets that exist.
